Dr. Daniel Crawford graduated from Louisiana State University with his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1978. He has been with PDP since 1987 and is board-certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Lauren Wallace
Dr. Lauren Wallace began her academic career at Tulane University. She continued at Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge, where she majored in microbiology.
Dr. Shannon Backofen
Dr. Backofen is a mom and a grandmother. If anyone in our office knows how to make dental visits comfortable for kids, it's her. Parents can count on her experience and chairside manner to deliver a clean, vibrant smile for their kids.

Dr. Chidlow started as a patient at Pediatric Dental Partners and now cares for the next generation of smiles. Her local roots and advanced training make her a trusted pediatric dentist for families in Shreveport.
Dr. Claire Backofen
Dr. Claire Backofen, a Bossier City native and former PDP patient, earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2024. She is excited to return to PDP, joining her mother-in-law, Dr. Shannon Backofen, and the talented team at PDP.
